Sarah Michele Ray and Cory Ray Bateman were married on July 18 at 7:30 p.m. at Magnolia Lakes in Huntsville. The Rev. Don Coleman performed the double-ring ceremony. Sarah is the daughter of Mike and Michele Ray of Huntsville and the granddaughter of Betty Ray of Edna. Cory is the son of Stacy and Carla Bateman of Lindale and the grandson of Harold and Betty Dow and Larry and Sandy Bateman and Billie Garrett. Sarah graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in 2007 and serves as the volunteer coordinator for SAAFE House in Huntsville. Cory is a 2008 graduate of Sam Houston State University and is the assistant manager for Home Depot in Conroe. They reside in Huntsville.
