Adam Robert Falk was born in New Waverly to John Falk and Veronica Falk (Bartkovoik) on Dec. 19, 1916. He passed away in Liberty, Texas, on Nov. 22 at age 92.
Adam is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Esther Falk, parents, three sisters and one brother.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Shirley Vinson and husband Bill, Verna Bilnoski and husband Richard, Linda Taylor and husband Paul, Robert Falk and wife Kay, Kelvin Falk and wife Cheryl, 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and brother Floyd Falk and wife Rosalie.
Adam loved fishing and the outdoors, loved people and he never met a stranger. He will be sorely missed.
Services will be Wednesday, Nov. 25, 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in New Waverly with Rev. Daokim Nguyen officiating.
Serving as pallbearers are his grandsons: Jean R. Fuselier, Dustin Fuselier, Todd Bilnoski, Ryan Deppe, Adam Taylor, Shane Falk, Lance Taylor and Chaz Deppe.
Interment will follow at Elmina Cemetery in New Waverly.
Family will receive friends at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Huntsville on Tuesday, Nov. 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. with rosary to follow at 7 p.m.
