The Walker County Commissioners Court will meet in special session at 9 a.m. today at the courthouse to discuss and take action on several items.

Items on the agenda include:

• Discuss and/or approve minutes for Dec. 22, 2008 - Ninfa Fuentes

• Discuss and/or approve bonds for elected and re-elected officials - James Patton

• Discuss and/or approve purchase of equipment for DWI room at jail at a cost of $3,342.00 to be paid with funding from expected revenue - David Weeks

• Discuss and/or approve bill paying - Sharon Duke

• Discuss and/or approve budget adjustments for FY 08 for Operating and Capital Budgets - Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve budget adjustments for FY 09 - Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve revised Pay and Classification System - Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve interim financial report for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2008 - Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve interim financial report for the period ended Oct. 31, 2008- Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve claims/invoices submitted for payment - Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve Resolution # 2009-01 adding vendors that require payment within 21 days of delivery - Patricia Allen

• Discuss and/or approve fee to provide architectural services for a preliminary evaluation to examine the roof at the District Attorney's office with TAO Limited - Linda McKenzie

• Discuss and/or approve fee for Construction Materials Testing Services at the Walker County HEARTS Veterans Museum of Texas project with Terracon Consultants Inc. - Linda McKenzie
