Church Under Construction

HUNTSVILLE — Crew members of Rhodes Building Systems of Smithville anchor one of the steel beams used to construct a new facility for St. Paul United Methodist Church on Horace Smith Road off Moffett Springs Road. The 127-year-old church has 364 members. The Rev. Rick Nance, left, pastor, and Willie Parker, board of trustees chairman, were on site to inspect the work being done Monday morning, when Rhodes began installing the steel beams. The 6,908 square-foot church is scheduled to be enclosed by April 4.
