Firm opens area for home development

D’Agostino Companies announces the development of Ellisor and Parker Creek Roads Ranchettes.

The seven deed restricted 10-11-acre home sites, located inside the city of Huntsville’s ETJ, are currently being offered for sale.

The ranchettes will be located just north of Huntsville at the intersection of state Highway 19 and Ellisor Road.

D’Agostino Companies in conjunction with County Judge Danny Pierce, retired County Commissioner Buddy Reynolds, County Commissioner Bobby Warren, City Engineer Glen Isbell, City Planner Aron Kulhavy, Walker County Planning Director Andy Isbell, the City of Huntsville Planning and Zoning Commission as well as city manager Bill Baine worked through details to insure that this development would be an asset to the community.
