New Waverly freshman starting pitcher Brianna LeFlore hurls a pitch toward the plate. LeFlore started all 22 of the Lady Bulldogs’ games this season and was named Newcomer of the Year in District 21-2A. The Lady Bulldogs improved by eight games this past season, missing out on the playoffs by three games. New Waverly hopes it can build upon its successes from this season and make a push toward the playoffs next year.
