Two weeks after a strong performance by the Huntsville swim team in the Distrivt 18-4A meet, all 11 swimmers look to have the same kind of success in the Region V meet on Friday and Saturday at the Magnolia Natatorium in Magnolia. With his older sister, Megan, Colson Slaven, above, is anxious for a chance to advance to the state meet. The Slavens are not the only brother-sister combination on the Huntsville swim team. Marsh and Missy Miller, along with Jaron and Sierra Wagner give the Huntsville swim team an interesting dynamic, and it has worked out well so far for the Hornets and Lady Hornets.
