Gary and Susan Fowler of Huntsville are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Joanna Ashley Fowler, to Justin Ray Wiley, son of Bob and Mellicent Wiley of Huntsville. Grandparents of the bride are H.C. and June Rogers of Huntsville and Mrs. Arviniuia Fowler and the late C.C. Fowler of Dodge. Grandparents of the groom are Mrs. Helen Wiley and the late Lloyd Wiley of Temple and the late Oscar and Gloria Sikes of Temple. Joanna is a 2003 graduate of Huntsville High School, a 2005 graduate of the Joe G. Davis School of Vocational Nursing and a senior at Sam Houston State University in the Food Science and Nutrition Department. She is currently employed at Sam Houston Optical in Huntsville. Justin is a 2001 graduate of Huntsville High School and is proprietor of his own business, Wiley’s Welding. A November wedding is planned in the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth.
