Bobbie and Lutie Starns of Huntsville, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of thier daughter, Jeanette Lee Starns, to Kerry Joe Collard, son of Billy Collard of Huntsville, and Kim Wheeler of Porter. They will be married at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, at the Riverside Baptist Church in Riverside.
