Gayle Hinson of Huntsville, Texas and Greg and Susan Hinson of Houston, Texas announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Hinson to Jesse Larson, son of Bob and Denise Larson of Sugar Land, Texas. Lindsay and Jesse both live and work in Southwest Houston and their wedding is planned for February 7, 2009 in Richmond, Texas.

Murphy 60th Anniversary Preston Junior Murphy and Billie Marie Peace Murphy were married April 24, 1948 in Timpson, Texas. They will celebrate their 60th anniversary with their son Doug and his wife, Sandy of Keller, Texas; daughter Becky Murphy Frezia and son-in-law Wayne of Huntsville; grandson Shelby and his wife, Keri of Aspen, Colo.; son Zachary Rosado and his wife Jennifer of Huntsville; granddaughter Cody and her husband, Caleb Sanderson of Tulsa, Okla. The couple has also been blessed with four great-grandsons, Braxton Rosado, Preston and Jamie Murphy and Cohen Sanderson.

Gillaspie Anniversary Wade Duane (W.D.) and Joyce Gillaspie of Dodge celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Sept. 5, 2007. The couple was married in 1952, in El Paso, Texas. W.D. was self-employed for many years and Joyce is a retired high school teacher.
